Dublin Airport Train

There is no direct connection between Dublin Airport and the city centre by train.

The nearest train station to Dublin Airport is Connolly Station, which is located 12 kilometres from the airport. It is located in the north part of the city.

On the other hand, you can also find Heuston Station, which is 17 kilometres from the airport, in the south city centre.

By Bus

From Dublin Airport you can transfer to either Connolly Station or Heuston Station by Airlink Express bus line 747 within 40 minutes. 


Monday to Friday: From 05:45 am to 00:30 am (every 15 minutes), Saturday: From 06:00 am to 00:30 am (every 15 minutes), Sunday: From 07:00 am to 00:30 am (every 20 minutes). 


Ride Airlink Express bus line no. 747 at the bus stop in Dublin Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. 


One-way adult ticket is € 7.00 and child one-way ticket is € 3.00. 

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can purchase your ticket either at the CIE desk, the kiosk shop, at the tourism desk, from the ticket machine or on board to the driver.

By Taxi

You can also take a taxi at Dublin Airport to get to any of the railway stations. 


Ride a taxi at the taxi rank tanks located outside any of the two airport terminals.
